It seems such a heartwarming, uplifting story to such a horrible situation. Brings such a positive light to cancer which is amazing, especially to someone like me who has had to watch their close relative go through this too.
I can tell it’s going to be a book which will make me cry both out of joy and sadness which are ultimately the best kind of books.

We find out quite early on that Keira is getting checked for cancer. Keira is loveable right from the get go, she is funny and witty. We are also introduced to the other runners early on and a part of their own story. Once everyone finds out the news of Keira’s cancer, this is when everyone starts acting differently around her and we see a change in her close friend. The style is written like a diary from Kiera’s perspective, she finds ways to be comical to lighten the mood, some very laughable moments even though it is about a very hard point in her life.
