Josie Lloyd shows the effect cancer has not only on the person going through treatment but on those around them too, from friends to family and work colleagues. It's honest and thought provoking, but also funny, heartfelt and uplifting. There are some moments that are a bit slow, but overall, this is an enjoyable book with engaging characters and a message of hope.
