This is an incredibly moving read that is poignant, inspiring, emotional and life affirming. It is not only a book that follows Keira's diagnosis, treatment and coping with breast cancer, it is also a story of love, loyalty, betrayal, friendship and support.
I have always found it hard to read any book that tackles the subject of cancer, however I'm very grateful to have had the opportunity to read this powerful book. The book has profoundly touched me and has an important message not to give up and to keep going, even if it is only one step at a time.
This book was written from the heart and was very much influenced by the author's personal experience. From the very start I found Keira a likeable character and this book really took me on a rollercoaster of emotions.
