The book looks like a nice perseverance story and something that would easily make me cry, but reading, it reminded me alot of so many other cancer survivers books, and that may be some what of a turn off in the progress of the reading, and the narative didn't hold on with me

But i have to say that i was quit curious on how did the plot about cancer and races, would transforme into a romance story, the fact that its going to have the line about family drama on top of it all, makes me think if it wouldn't be sort of exhausting to ready, it certainly would be a marvelous if the author will be able to connect all of these plots into one easy going, but also very emocional story, definitely the kinda of book that would let me anxious to ready it all at least 100 times
The romance intangled with the cancer story made me remember of the very know story "a culpa é das estrelas" and probably the reason why i thought of it being cliche
