This book isn't the typical book i would read as i prefer an action packed adventures. However, this story was so well written that i loved it as much as my other favourite novels. This novel talks about the struggles of having cancer and pretty much the struggles of a mother. The friendships in this novel is what i loved the most. My personal favourite troupe is found family and the friendships in this book were so pure and special, it felt as if they were family.
The main part about this novel that i loved is how the author wrote about something that can happen to anyone or to someone close to you. Cancer is a terrible illness, and the author wrote the novel so beautifully that I felt as if i was Keira. This book goes through the bad and the ugly, but also the positives in life. It also goes through acceptance which is a hard topic to write about as there needs to be a first hand view on it.
