I enjoyed this book so much! From reading the synopsis i was incredibly excited, however I figured that this book would either be sad and emotional or uplifting and full of hope and I was thrilled to find that it was the latter.
The characters are extremely well written and likeable. It make the book very easy to read and I found that I couldn’t put it down. The family dynamics with teenagers and a husband were very relatable and realistic which added some humour to the story.
This book shows how the power of friendships and random acts of kindness can have a huge impact on someone, it was very heartwarming. I think there is also a lot that people can learn from this book in how to respond to people going through treatment.
