I really enjoyed Sunflowers in February, and The Colour of Shadows looks as though it will be just as good. The former told a very powerful message, of loss and love, in such a simple, yet heartfelt way. The opening pages of 'Shadows' suggests this will follow suit. The sneak peak does not give away what Saffy has discovered, but you already know that it has turned her life upside down. I want to know what the secret is that her Dad has been hiding, and why was he hiding it. What impact will the truth have on the family.
