The two main characters Saffron and Tom make the rest of the book worth reading. They seem fun and as if they have an interesting history to discover alongside the drama of Saffron's Mum not actually being dead. I think it will be a fun, easy-going teen book that also deals with some important issues around family, friends and all the different relationships.
