Okay, this is a very good start to a book. It hooked me and I'm already invested at what it is that Saffron Hayes has discovered up in that attic. Plus, I was really vibing all this friendship connection she has had over the years with Tom, her once just platonic -turned hot- friend. Where is the plot going? We alrerady know that Saffron has found something up in the attic and that she's frighfully upset about it with her dad, we just don't know what it is exactly. Plus, we know that Saffron's mother isn't longer in the picture, and she'd not too keen on her father's second wife, Melanie, whom it seems is forced on Saffron to accept as her new mother.
But where is all this mystery leading to?
