The cover is attractive and it will undoubtedly stand out on a bookshelf with its bright orange floral design. The extract seemed to jump straight into the action and immediately left me feeling intrigued as to the events that were to unravel. Although the book is engaging, it seems more suited to a younger audience (teenagers and young adults). It's not the type of book I would usually read - it just feels too young for me - but I would certainly recommend.
