This is a book I thought I would give a try because I read the first impression. It follows Saffron who is a spoilt and she finds something out that shocks her so she runs away. She has no where to go. I couldn’t really connect to Saffron as a character and I really didn’t like her. However the story is told though her friend Tom who I sort of liked but he also felt a little flat to me. This book brings up an issue of homelessness and shows that homeless people are still people which was such a great message. The problems I had was it felt a little unrealistic. The writing style also wasn’t really my thing but I stuck with it because there were things that I did actually like. This book i feel is more about messages than story.
