This is an historic fiction based in insain asylums. It sounds like the book is based on a good idea bit I have read the last book by this author and found it slow to start, and the end predictable. It sounds alright the asylum part sounds fascinating, but based on my previous experience of this writer I am not sure that I would want to read it.
