Although I would not normally pick up a book like this I am intrigued by the plot of this novel! The landscape background of the cover seems eye catching and the alliteration of the title as well as the word captive draw me in to find out what has happened. I have always has an interest in imprisonment and escape so I am excited to find out how these have happened and what Madeleine has done to get into this situation. Overall, this book seems interesting!
