This looks to be an interesting historical romance. The lead character sounds appealing and I want to find out more about her and how she got into the difficult situation that she found herself in. The only downside for me is the cover. I don't like photographs of people as I prefer to form my own impression of their appearance. Furthermore, the woman on the cover has a 21st century look and modern makeup which does not match the period of the book.
