I not a big fan of the cover as i don’t. like people on covers but the titles is very easy catching. The story follows Madeline who’s been locked up for the past fourteen years. But her life changes once a strange man releases her with my if it’s but no price in return. She then sets of to find out what happened for the past years. The books is full of suspense and mystery. Mystery is my favourite genre leaving you guessing and on your toes. To help her solve the mystery she makes new friends and starts to leave about the reasons behind being imprisoned. But after finding out the reasons she begins to wonder if her newly made friends are really what the seems to be. Her past is pulled apart and it’s all comes crashing down upon her. The books was set in cornwall in the 1800 and it’s my first books set years ago rather than in the future. it’s a lot more realistic compared to my fantasy novels.
