This is the kind of book that got me into reading when I was younger, I tend to go for something a bit more hard hitting these days. Having said that it is always nice to come back to your roots now and then and I think this is the perfect read for that. A gentle but super realistic tale set during the Christmas period, and a bonus being that the main character seems to be likeable from the first impressions which is always a plus for me!
