Divorced, homeless and down but can a waggy tail help?

Packing up a life, sealing boxes, storing not just belongings but memories too. Coping with a broken heart and an empty life. Having to start all over again. It may sound like a story we've read before or maybe even lived through ourselves but with two different people & their differing stories plus the added pleasure of four paws and a waggy tail, I want to learn more.
