Festive story with genuinely likeable characters

Christmas if my favourite time of the year, and there's nothing like a cosy and heart warming read to get you in a festive mood! The characters sound so real and likeable, I can't help but root for them already.
This cover looks like a Christmas card, and it just makes me very happy to look at it. Love the art style too!
I am looking forward to getting to know these characters and I'm ready for them to inspire me and warm my heart.
