Very engaging, wanted to keep on reading

They say not to judge a book by it's cover and I'm afraid I was guilty of that with this book. Both the title and the cover made me think that this was going to be a boring formulaic read but as I started reading I was pulled right into the life of this middle-aged woman whose son has left home, her husband has left her and who has been made redundant. Perhaps I identified with her since my daughter has just gone to uni and I was recently made redundant myself! A great book, thumbs up from me!
