This is a wonderfully easy read book set recently i feel. Its about a recently divorced woman who feels like her life has ended. No husband, house or job and feels her life is over. I know how that feels.
Its written in a way that makes the reader feel like its your own inner dialogue. It certainly feels like that for me, especially with the name of the ex being the same and the loss of my father. Its allowing me to deal with emotions I haven't.
Love the Characters and feel some empathy with Claire and her relationship with her mum, Elaine.
So we have a couple of story threads here, finding her role in life, who she is and what she wants. It's very uplifting and I am enjoying taking the journey with Claire.
How the relationship goes with Sam I am excited to understand as they go through the dating scene again in you 40s.
