The Country Village Christmas Show by Cathy Lake is a book that is sure to please those among us who love village life and all it has to offer.
The book itself has a very pleasing cover which brings a sense of goodwill and joy to the reader just by looking at it. Personally I would buy this book just from the way the artist has created it.
There are sparkles and snow that are really pleasing to the eye.
Clare moves back to Little Bramble the village she grew up in...but this all proves to be very challenging .
Then suddenly she finds herself running the Christmas show...what better way to bring the villagers together, those that come from all walks of life and those with all so many different opinions.
Will she manage to climb this mountain and pull it all off is what we all want to find out and what better way than to sit down and really enjoy this excellent book.
