This is the story of Clare who is recently divorced and now after her family home has been sold and her children have grown up and left home she wants to do something just for herself.
As Christmas is coming close she decides to take a break in the village of little Bramble where she grew up. But living with her mother is a whole lot more difficult than she anticipated.
Clare takes over the running of the Christmas village show and starts to feel like her life has a purpose again. We also can't forget Goliath the massive great Dane who is a very big personality and thanks to Goliath Clare has a few run ins with the local vet Sam.

Such a lovely book and really got me into the Christmas spirit , The cover is so eye catching and the minute I saw it I knew I would have to give It a go and I am so glad that I did. I think this is one that I will pick up and read again and again.
