This is one of those books that once you read it, you can't put it down until you finish it. I'm not saying it's the most incredible book I've ever read, but it definitely kept me curious and intrigued.
It was a great enemies to lovers book.
At the beginning, I didn't think that I will like this book at all, but I began to identify with the main character, a very stubborn and intelligent woman, who cares for her family and values justice.
She is definitely not perfect, in fact, she clearly has a lot of faults but that is what makes us and Cardan feel closer to her.
The connection between Cardan and Jude is priceless, even though they definitely hated each other at the beginning.
If you don't mind a little teenage drama and want to read a good story with action, passion and characters that will make you stay attached to the book, you should definitely give this book a chance.
