Don’t read this if you’re a male and afraid of a itty bitty bit of women’s power. This book is probably one of the best books I have read in a long time. Holly Black, my hero knows how to create a world where her readers are captured within the first few chapter. She creates characters who you love, who you hate, who you love to hate. And you don’t even think twice about why you hate them, you just do and that’s that. This world is one of the best described worlds I have read about, from the flowers, to the food, to the way Jude kicks a**. I fully recommend this book to anyone who’s willing to immerse themselves somewhere they haven’t been before that might have seemed a little too intimidating, because the minute you get into this book it’ll chance you’re life forever like it changed mine and many others. If you’re still sitting on the fence about reading it, well just know Jude will be along any moment now to kick you off and shove this book into your hands. Sit back, relax and enjoy.
