I have just finished reading The Cruel Prince and I did not want it to end.This book is on a complete new level ;the main character, Jude is such a strong feminine role model for girls like myself as she never gives up. The plot twists and turns to create different challenges along the way and she undergoes betrayals of the people you would think were the closest to her. The phrase " keep your friends close but your enemies closer" describes this book so well.
I cannot wait to read The Wicked King (sequel). You should definitely read Holly Black's books they are beautifully written and she makes it hard for you to put the book down! This book is perfect for teenagers, please get this book it is amazing!
