Just finished this book and am already beginning the next in the series. I love the characters and the developments that the author creates.
This book follows a young girl named Jude and is set in a fantasy/ faerie world. Black really makes you feel as though you’re a part of the story and her descriptions help to bring the story to life. Their are plot twists that you don’t see coming and you will find yourself battling between loving and hating certain characters.
If you’re a fan of enemies to lovers, I highly recommend this book. The tension between the characters makes it a must-read if you are a fan of this classic trope.
The writing style is easy to follow and I found the book very easy to read.
I heard about this book on TikTok and after seeing mostly positive reviews I had to give it a read. I finished the book in a matter of days and can say I am thoroughly impressed. As I said, I can’t wait to read the rest of the series and I hope you give the book a chance too. I know you won’t regret it!!
