What an amazing book! Holly Black is so talented and I love her unique approach to Storytelling.
Jude is a strong character. Going through her parents deaths with her siblings and staying strong- she is destined to be tough. When they were stolen away to the high court, I was so saddened at the fact she didn't feel like she belonged.
I loved how this story was told and I loved Judes battles. I loved how she risked her life for herself and her sisters to feel connected to the faeries, despite their obvious differences and was inspired when she fought to save the Faeries.
Judes character was what made me fall in absolute involuntary love with this story. The folk in the air is an amazing series that can only get better, hopefully. It would an actual dream if it was developed into movies as I feel it would come across great on screen.
