This book was so thrilling and such a rollercoaster of an experience. It had the perfect mixture of comedy, romance and suspense, all the while crafting a beautiful story of risks and betrayals.
The writing style was easy to follow and decipher - which is surprising because most of the books I've picked up these days seem difficult to finish. I couldn't put this book down no matter how hard i tried and am excited to read the sequel!
The cover is an interesting one! I do wish it had more visuals however I've come to realise that it is this simplicity that makes this book all the more perfect! We come into this book expecting a simple fantasy-romance novel and are left with our mouths wide open.
This was overall a really exciting and fabulous book to read and definitely worth my time!
