I’d like to officially declare that I’m now in a love/hate relationship with Holly Black. Oh, the book was fantastic, way beyond that. Limiting it to 5 stars seems almost ridiculous. But the way she played with my emotions? Masterful.

I honestly don’t know what to say that would do it justice, because its characters, its world, its plot, its everything... The twists and turns Black takes you on rivals that of a rollercoaster, and I’ve never had such an incredible ride. And the protagonists? Their complexity, their personalities, their choices, ahhhhh! Jude, Cardan, thank you.
