The cruel prince (and the other books in the trilogy) are so amazing! I loved the world it was in and the characters was perfection! This book series is definitely a slow burn enemies to lovers! So I definitely recommend this book to everyone! I wasn’t sure at first if I was going to like it but it turned out to be my favorite trilogy! I love the main character Jude! She is a bada$$ female protagonist! And I definitely love Cardan too (the love interest)! The whole story is in this world called Elfhame. And there are fairies in this world. But Jude is just a normal Girl with her twin sister Taryn. They have a half sister too called Vivi or her real name Vivienne. Jude really wants to become a knight but her stepfather (who killed her real parents and kidnapped her and her siblings to Elfhame) he doesn’t think it’s a good idea. So ofc she finds something else to do that she knows her step dad won’t like! And Cardan is at first her bully but at the end of the book there is a little sparkle! I must say Holly Black have done some good work!
