This is a Fantasy book wich is set in our time. What I really liked about that book is that we were introduced to a strong and likable female character rights in the beginning. Her name is Jude and she lost her parents due murder (that part is written in the prologue) she grew up to be a strong and self-confident women in the fairy folk. Although she was never a part of the fairy folk she lived like one. I no school Jude has a classmate named Cardan which she hates. But he is the prince of the fairy king so she can’t do much about it.
I got hooked up by the book from the beginning because i found it was very interesting how Jude lives in the fairy world and how she handles the situation with Caradan.
But in some parts if the book I was bored because the parts that I was reading at that time weren’t really interesting so I stopped for a moment and lay the book away but then I wanted to read on immediately cause I liked the stiry so much.
All in all it was a really enjoyable book to read
