I expected much from this book because it received a lot of praises, and I was a little disappointed. I can't really say why I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would, but well...
The story is interesting, I liked the idea and everything, but I didn't get into it that much. I wasn't that excited to see what would happen. It was predictable for the main part, but some surprising events managed to correct that.
The main character is pretty bold and quite likeable without being too cliche, though I don't really relate to her. The love interest however is spicy and interesting.
The ending was brilliant though. Plottwists are the best thing and this one was definitely a success! I didn't expect this at all and it was amazing.
Still pretty good, recommend it if you like Faeries stuff. Can't wait to read the next one!
