This book was the book that got me into reading again, it was a wonderful word made up of faeries and humans and I couldn’t help but get sucked into it and get lost in this world of faerie. The book didn’t contain much romance but the plot and the story line were very interesting to read that I had to buy the rest of the books in this series. What I liked in this enemies to lovers idea is that yes Cardans friends bullied Jude and her sister but he himself never did any extreme bullying in the form of abuse which many authors do when attempting to write an enemies to lovers. I also enjoyed all the characters and their different personalities and characteristics which they added to the story even if i wasn’t very fond of a character, Also what I didn’t understand is how Jude killed one of Cardans friends and then he was never mentioned of again? Other than that it was a good read, deffo recommend giving it a try.
