The book is about sisters who are taken from their childhood home and brought to the land of fae. The main character suffers through endless humiliation/bullying from her class mates because of her human status. Said classmates believe they are superior because they are fae and she is human. I read this book because it was all over book tiktok so I thought I would give it a chance. However I did not like it very much because of the bullying in humiliation the main character had to face. It made me very sad and uncomfortable, also very angry. Additionally, further into the book the main character finds different ways to build herself up and become less weak int he eyes of the fae as a way to gain power. I though the ending was kind of predictable but kind of thought that the guy character deserved it soooooo. Also good for the main character for getting her power back.
