Let's just say: I'm about to read every other Holly Black book I can get my hands on.

I've never read a Holly Black book before this one - despite the majority of her books being on my tbr - and so I didn't know what to expect when I went into this, but I had high expectations (as I know a lot of people who love her other books). She did not let me down - this is everything I'd ever want from a faerie book: it started out really simplistic and almost childish (I mean, the protagonist is practically a child), however, this made it just the more enthralling when the story really picked up and I started to see Jude as the devilish little minx that she was. I mean, every single one of the characters were deliciously cruel. I'd use paragraphs and an actual sentence structure for this review, but I'm too excited about it go read it. Cannot wait for the next book - cannot wait to re-read it!
