The book is written from Jude's perspective, so it was neat to be able to understand her motivations for constantly butting heads with the royal family and what her experience was when she was misunderstood and underestimated by her family. Fantastic book for mature readers, it seems like the kind of book that once you touch it, once you start reading it... you can't put it down. I've seen this book all over my booktok and it has a lot of hype. m really triggered and cant wait to read it. als im saying it part of it because of lots of people liked ot a part of it because it looks nice. im into fantasy YA books so i thinks its perfect. part of what im saying is based on the cover. never judge a book by its cover but i dont usually get one if the cover or the title doesn't catch my attention.
