I just finished this book yesterday, and I thought it was very good. Holly Black is definitely a very talented writer. However, Common Sense Media did not pick up on some of the additional sexual content and language. There is no actual sex in the book, but two characters share a bed (no description of anything though. Nothing was implied, either.) There are a couple of passionate kisses, and in one scene, there is a character who is being kissed by two females: one on his foot and one on his neck. There is also one character who considers herself bisexual. For swearing, CSM only mentions the h-word and d-word. Upon reading the book, there is actually a bit more. There's p--s (and its alternate suffix endings), b---h, b-----d, s---, bulls---, and a--. Swearing isn't too frequent, but it's still there. In addition to that, there is a lot of talk of drinking, but CSM mentions most of what is there. The only thing I would add is that there is one character who seems to frequently appear as drunk.
If you like fantasy, faeries, or a really good novel, this book is definitely for you.
