This book was recommended to me for the romance between two of the characters which I think was strange because I do love Jude and Cardan together, and I love that they fight so much and my favourite bit was when Cardan's whole family is being killed and he just goes beneath the table with Jude.
BUT Jude and Cardan's fights and chemistry are not the best part of this book. If you're reading it cause it was recommended on tiktok and you want to see Jude and Cardan get together then you will be disappointed cause its slowburn and they have other things on their mind at the moment.
Read Cruel Prince for the strong badass female main character who holds her own against sadistic faeries, knows her own worth, would do anything to protect her sister (even is she is a bitch) and always comes out on top. (and for a very broken but cute boy)
Oh, also read so you can HATE LOCKE THAT LITTLE TWAT!!!!!!!!!!
