When I opened the book for the fist time yesterday and started reading, I was immediately hooked and ended up finishing it in one day! If you enjoy a fast paced book, this is perfect for you. The Cruel Prince by Holly Black has probaly been one of the best books I have read for a while.
When you open the book you start off in the mortal world, then move to the beautiful yet dangerous world of Faerie. The Cruel Prince follows the main character Jude, a fierce and strong female character, as she fights for power in a world run by cunning Fey, who see mortals as mere servants.
With the amount of bloodshed there ends up being in this book, I would recommend this to not be for the faint hearted. :)
