i knew it was going to be an amazing book when i read the first few chapters. cardan and jude are absolutely meant for each other. i will admit that i wish there were more cardan and jude moments but i still love the book regardless! i’ve got the second book on my “to be read” shelf and i’m starting it soon! i’m sure it won’t disappoint. i’ll start the third book if i like the second as much as the first! the plot was so smart and the plot twist was even better. although it’s obvious to what would happen, i just didn’t expect it to happen THAT way. absolutely fell in love with all of the characters (besides taryn because she cries a lot and gets on my nerves HAHA) but other than that, i loved all of the characters in their own ways. i can’t wait to see what will happen next when i finally start The Wicked King, and then The Queen of Nothing. BUY THIS BOOK PLS
