I think it was an amazing book and it is fantasy and slow burn enemies to lovers, I love how they go fork hating each other to wanting each other it was toe curling . I’ve also read the 2 other books and I love how it ends. The sarcasm and arrogance of cardan with the determination and (unintentional) flirty and competitiveness of Jude just mixes together so well , there angst, betrayal and feelings all blended in with fantasy, romance and combat into one Amazing book, the book was written so well and i owe the author to getting me properly back into reading paperback books since I’d really gone onto online books which -in my opinion - aren’t as good as good hard books you can hold in your hands , all in all it was an amazing book that portrayed the characters extremely well . So much descriptive language to give you a clear picture in you head but not so much to overpower it .
