People have lots of different opinions on this book, but I say you should a least try it and see if you like it or not!!
Many people brag about the romance, but watch out: it is SLOW burn and the book is more plot centered, this is why I loved it!! And Cardan and Jude.. UGH! I loveeeeee them! They are so badass! And yeah we talk about Cardan as a lovable character, but let’s be honest: he was a peace of sh*t in the first book (he got his redemption tho ; ) )
People can find it boring, but I assure you the rest of the series only gets better and the plot twists in each book!! (I was speechless) There are three books and one novella, the series is said to be complete, even tho everybody craves for at least another book :(
In brief, try it and see if you like it for
yourself! This book is worth the try!! You’ll love the unique characters, the world building (which I completely love) and the fantasy aspects!!
