I love books with far and Cardans character was sooo diffrent from the typical old & dangerous face makes we usually get. He was kinda clueless and adorable and that makes you love him. This books keeps you guessing really the whole series does. Plot twists that will shock you and make you mad for sure lol. I live a good enemies to lovers and a dagger to a throat moment and this series hands all that over on a silver platter. The writing is amazing and the way the author made her world is way easier to understand then some fantasy books that I’ve read before. I liked the human world parallels and the main character bieng human in general was a cherry on top of the cake. Theirs one thousand percent characters that will make you rip your hair out sometimes even Jude when she’s not bieng a total badass. This series is definitely a rollercoaster but it’s worth it
