This book was really investing and I loved the comparison of the mortal world to the magical one. The characters were wonderfully written which kept the story alive. I think Jude was probably the best character, not going along with what was expected of her and standing up for Faerie even though she wasn't born there. The twists and turns kept me hooked as well as the beautiful descriptions that made me feel as if I was actually there in the royal atmosphere. The relationships that were formed throughout the book surprised me as well that's for sure.
The only thing that stopped this book from being a five star for me is just that it wasn't what I was expecting from the storyline, I felt that it was just a little bit too hyped up. I still completely recommend it to any fans of fantasy and morally grey characters. Have fun reading and hopefully reviewing this book!
