I absolutly love this book, I couldn't put it down in fact I read it for hours. The writing was beautiful, even if english isn't my first language it was really easy to read. I loved the plot, it was unique and the relationship between Cardan and Jude was amazing, it is an enemies to lovers romance: at the beginning they hate each other, infact Cardan and his group of friends hate Jude and her sister because they were the only humans to be in the magic world; but then Cardan ammit his attraction towards Jude, and at the end they end up together.
One day a man walk into Jude house, and she and her sisters had to see he mourder their parents. The assassin decide to take them to the faerie court, where Jude and her twin had to live amoung the Fey even if they were mortal; Jude wanted to be one of them but it wasn't possible, so she had to understand how to survive without magical powers.
