I liked this book a lot, even thought it was sometimes boring. I love fantasy books, so that’s one of the reason why I liked this book. Weird humans and creatures and the characters were amazing. Also how Jude and Cardan were first enemies, but eventually they get along to rescue the kingdom. I didn’t like her sister Taryn, since she kinda of betrayed her and married Locke. Also Locke made me quite angry when he broke up with Jude to marry Taryn. And the part where Jude was on a secret mission for Prince Dain was so good. When she also rescued the girl servant there was good, even though she died, sadly. I also like the part where Jude discovered that Cardan got abused by his brother. And the plot twist at the end, amazing! I didn’t expect it but loved it. I also love Jude’s sister Vivienne, how she has dreams to live with her girlfriend In the human world and eventually fulfills them.
