It took my right away from earth to Elfhame. I never read any book like this, it was so magical! I didn’t even notice that I was reading. The strong female lead, Jude, she was absolutely amazing. She let no one bring her down and fought for what she believed. She showed a mortal girl can do and how dangerous she could be. And the TENSION between her and her most hated enemy; Cardan Greenbriar. She hates his utterly handsome face, he is so beautiful she’d thought. He hated her too, and tried to make her life as worst as possible. Yet secretly he is obsessed with her, you can clearly see that towards the end of the book. It was so thrilling to read I literally couldn’t stop! One of the best enemies to lovers trope I have ever read. And the ending of this book, I DID NOT SAW THAT COMING! It was a hell of a ride, I kept on reading and I entered a whole new world!
