Firstly, I loved this book and flew through it as it was so good! The story centres on mortal Jude, her twin mortal sister and her older fairy sister who have been unwittingly brought into the fairy realms. For a mortal in the fairy realms life is not easy, and Jude is subjected to many torturous deeds by ‘The Cruel Prince’. Jude gets embroiled in the royal courts of the fairy realms and soon makes friends in shady places! Overall, I thought this was an amazing read, due to the fast pace of the book and the constant twists, even down to the very last page! Friends become enemies, enemies become friends and everything is turned on it’s head! Even though their is a lot of fairy books in YA this was completely fresh and new!
