At first, I was sceptical about reading this book, as I had heard so many great things about it and built it up quite a bit in my head. So I went into reading this with high expectations. However I was pleasantly surprised! Holly Black creates an amazing world and an intriguing story line that I adored. The character building was on point, and she still managed to have cleverly created twists within the plot! I also loved the fact that the relationships between the characters weren’t predictable and some even keep readers guessing throughout the book. Overall, the unpredictable and intriguing world and characters made this book engaging and will keep readers guessing. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it!
