I was instantly hooked by the mysterious cover which depicts the classic crime scene. Yellow police tape across the door held ajar just makes me want to find out more.
I love crime/mystery novels so this is right up my street. Despite not having read the other titles in this series, The Cutting Place seems like a great stand alone.
Casey's immersive writing really drew me in from the first look as I felt transported into London where the chilling crime had took place. I was so absorbed with the extract and was surprised when I had reached the end! Can't wait to read more of this gripping novel!
